The children have all come in to school doing 'their thing' for Children In Need today. We have seen children in pyjamas, donkeys, footballers and their Sunday best. A big thank you to parents and carers for supporting this. We will be able to let you know the total raised once all the contributions have been counted.
As you know last year we supported the 'Hearts4Hearts' charity, after talking within their classes, School Council have reported that they would like to support a new charity this year. Our Year 6 chairman has suggested that we try and look for a smaller local charity rather than a national one. We would like your help to choose one. If you know of a local charity that would like our support this year, can you please write your suggestions down with a brief introduction and send in to class by Friday 23rd November. The School Council will then consider all the charities and pick one to support.
