The School Admissions Service is the main point of contact relating to all matters concerning school admissions and the admission appeals process.
The Service administers the arrangements for children starting primary school and for children transferring from primary to secondary school.

Completing Admission Forms
Children join reception class in school in the month of September following their 4th birthday. Admissions forms can be completed online, from September onwards http://www.dudley.gov.uk/admissions/
A 'Parents Guide to Primary School Admissions' booklet will be available on the Dudley.gov website with information on deadlines and a FAQ tab is available. Admissions can also be contacted on 01384 814223 if you have any further queries.
Applications for places other than at the normal point of entry.
If you wish to apply for a school place after the normal intake in September, or for a place in any other year group and you reside within the Dudley Authority, then you must complete an application form 'Application for Admission to a School during the school year (In-Year Admission). The council's Admissions Service is responsible for coordinating all applications/waiting lists for school places.
