It is vitally important for us to be able to communicate with parents/carers on a regular basis about what is happening in school. We strongly encourage you to download our communication app, ParentMail.
We use ParentMail in so many ways to ensure that communication is as efficient as possible. Here are just some of them:
Email - all communication from school, be it centrally generated or direct from teaching staff, will come to you via email through ParentMail.
Absence Reporting – the most efficient way to report an absence is via ParentMail. Please state the length and nature of the absence and use the free text section to provide further details. Absences reported via ParentMail go straight to the School Office.
Payments - We are a cashless school, so this function allows you to pay for trips, clubs, meals, wraparound care, charity donations etc by credit/debit card quickly and easily.
Forms – these are used for all activities that require consent and they also enable us to gather any necessary information related to the activity. If you have been sent a form, you will receive a notification within your ParentMail account next to “Forms”. Responses are controlled by the School Office and ParentMail will automatically link your response to your child.
Parents Evening - appointments are booked through ParentMail, which automates the availability of slots and makes the whole process smooth and simple.
